Valentines Day Dinner at Fire Restaurant

Love is in the air.................
Love is in the air and so is the delicious smell of fresh local produce cooking in Fire Restaurant.  This Valentines Day, Monday 14th February, we are declaring our Love for fresh local Irish produce. This Valentines Day why not treat the one you love to a three course dinner at Fire Restaurant for only €37.50. Guests will also receive a complementary glass of Prosecco to set the mood.

Roses are red, Violets are blue, and treating you to fresh local produce is my way of saying I Love You!

We love local produce because it’s sustainable, full of flavour and tastes absolutely delicious. Our Head Chef Darina Brennan knows exactly where her ingredients come from and the farmers that supply it.

Using Irish Produce means that we not only support out artisan farmers but we are also cutting down on waste – as the plates always come back clean.

If you would like to know more about the people behind the fresh ingredients have a look at some of our local producers in action. If you would like to know more about where our ingredients come from just click here.

Happy Valentines Day,

Real Food Festival October 31st - Novemeber 6th

The Real Food Festival runs from October 26th to November 1st, where restaurants throughout the country will be providing customers with information about their suppliers and the origin of their meat. Organised by the RAI, the Festival is aimed at promoting the sourcing of local produce by the foodservice industry.

Fire Restaurant prides itself on 100 % Irish Artisan Producers

Fire Restaurants concept is very simple: It is to take the finest raw ingredients that Ireland has to offer, in meats, fish and produce, use specially chosen recipes to reflect the wonderful natural ingredients at their best without letting menu descriptions get too fussy.

The superb taste of Hereford Prime Beef comes from its natural marbling. This fine marbling is the distinguished feature of Hereford beef and is the key to its tenderness, juiciness & flavour.

Irish Country Meats and Pallas Foods joined forces to launch the Slaney Valley range of premium lamb. This partnership offers unrivalled lamb quality and freshness, combined with countrywide distribution

For Five Generations the Russells have created award winning pork and curing recipes. Jane studied her Grandfathers diaries and built on the family wealth of knowledge when she created her unique take on the traditional Irish sausage
Ardsallagh are a family run business who make high quality, handmade , natural dairy products including bottled goats milk, goats cheese and goats yoghurt.

Located in the “Vale of Honey” in County Tipperary, Paddy & Joyce OKeeffe use traditional recipes, the best ingredients, and lots of love and care to make their handmade, old fashioned, Irish ice cream

Dine in Dublin Fire Restaurant Promotion

This week at Fire Restaurant on Dawson Street, we are celebrating the Dine in Dublin Restaurant promotion available now until Saturday 23rd. The Promotion means that you can enjoy a fabulous three course dinner any day this week, after 7pm, for only €30! Our menu is a true representation of our food which basically means we haven't reduced our options simply because it is a promotion. We want to use this week to try and give new customers an incentive to come try our restaurant and the wonderful food that comes with it. We are located in the centre of Dublin on Dawson Street, next door to the Mansion House. Why not make a night of it and have dinner with us and enjoy a sociable beverage in one of the many pubs & bars on our doorstep. We are known as one of Dublin's best restaurants and with that comes a view that we are also expensive but we want you to know that we actually strive on promoting value. We always run an excellent Pre-Theatre Menu Monday to Saturday which includes two courses for as little as €23.95! So why not try us out - at the end of the day it's the little things that will give you a bounce in your step, such as dinner with friends or a loved one....... and if you can do all this on a deal why not give it a go!
